This agreement helps you to have a trouble-free experience while dancing at our studio.

There are no refunds nor can missed classes be applied to subsequent months tuition.

Terms and Cancellation Policy

The term of this Agreement with the Member shall be month-to-month.  It will be automatically renewed unless cancelled by either party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.  The member may cancel this contract by our app or portal site.

Cancellation Due to Relocation

If the Member moves further than 40km from the Facility, the Member may cancel this Agreement and shall be relieved from the obligation of making payment for services other than those received prior to the move.  If the Member has prepaid any sum for services, the portion of the sum that is relevant to the services he or she has not taken prior to the move shall be promptly refunded. Member shall provide written notice of cancellation under this Paragraph to the ISM Entertainment in person or by electronic mail from an email address on file with ISM Entertainment.  The Member must also provide proof of their new residence that is further than 40km from the Facility.

Cancellation for Cause by The ISM Entertainment UG

This Agreement may be cancelled immediately by The ISM Entertainment UG if Member fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement or violates any of the Policies and Procedures implemented by The ISM Entertainment UG for use of the Facility.  If the Agreement is cancelled for cause pursuant to this Paragraph, member shall not be entitled to a refund of any payments made under this Agreement and shall be liable to The ISM Entertainment UG for (i) any remaining or outstanding fees due under this Agreement and (ii) any damages caused to The ISM Entertainment UG arising from Members failure to comply with this Agreement or the Policies and Procedures.

Cancellation Without Cause by The ISM Entertainment UG

This Agreement may be cancelled by The ISM Entertainment UG at any time, without cause, upon 30-days written notice.  Notice shall be provided to Member in person, by electronic mail at the address provided in this Agreement, or any updated address provided by Member.  If the Agreement is cancelled under this Paragraph, The ISM Entertainment UG shall reimburse to Member any fees prepaid for unused services. If at the time of cancellation Member has used a proportion of the prepaid services, Member will be reimbursed a pro rata share of the prepaid fee that is allocable to services that have not yet been received.

Disclaimer/Medical and Photo Release

The Member or the parent/legal guardian understand and expressly assume all risks involved in connection with the dance instruction, rehearsal and training at the Studio.  These are including, but not limited to, risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other students, instructors, walls, equipment, floors, structures, poles, and other objects located in or near dance studios or the Member.

It is understood that dance instruction is a physical activity and art form. It may be necessary for instructors to place hands on the student for proper placement and correction of body alignment.

The parent/legal guardian/Member grants the Studio the right to use and incorporate the use of photographs and/or videotapes of the student for publicity or display purposes.  Studio is granted the right to use said images for any purpose it deems appropriate and will not be held in violation of privacy rights.

Notice

Class Schedule/ Teachers might be changed depending on the number of participants.

During national holidays, the studio is closed.  The Studio will have a special schedule for up to four weeks during the summer.  The details of the temporary schedule will be announced a month prior. Students pay a reduced rate for the summer program.

You, the buyer, may choose to cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the fifth business day of the studio after the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays.  To cancel this agreement mail, email, or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect.
