Terms and Conditions for ISM Dance Studio Mexico:

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services of ISM Dance Studio, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, it is best not to use our services.

2. Use of Personal Data: ISM Dance Studio respects your privacy and complies with Mexican data protection laws. When you register, we collect, process, and store your personal data for service-related purposes.

3. Use of Cookies: ISM Dance Studio uses cookies on our website to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us analyze website traffic, personalize content, and improve our services. By using our website, you accept the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

4. Classes and Memberships: We offer various dance class packages and memberships. Specific prices and details can be found on our website: ISM Mexico Online.

   • Weekly Memberships are valid for the specified period and can be canceled at any time.

   • Monthly Memberships are valid for the specified period and can be canceled at any time.

   • Annual plans can be canceled at any time; however, in case of cancellation, the student must pay the difference between the monthly membership fee for each month used within the annual plan.

   • VIP or Unlimited members in annual plans can request an extension twice a year, for a maximum of three weeks.

5. Class Cancellations:

   • Due to Insufficient Attendance: ISM Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of attendees is not met. In such cases, affected students will be notified in advance, and rescheduling or refunds will be offered

   • Student-Initiated Class Cancellations: Students can cancel classes through the app.

6. Closure on Holidays and Weekends:

   • Official Holidays: ISM Dance Studio will remain closed on all official holidays established by Mexican authorities.

   • During these days, no classes or activities will take place at the school.

   • Weekends: ISM Dance Studio does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays.

   • Weekends are considered rest days for students and staff.

   • Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as special events or competitions, advance notice will be given if the school will open on a weekend or holiday.

   • Communication: Any changes to operating hours due to holidays or weekends will be communicated through our official channels (website, social media, etc.

7. Liability: ISM Dance Studio is not liable for injuries or damages during classes or events. Participants must follow instructors’ instructions and prioritize their safety. Under no circumstances should students attend classes under the influence of harmful substances.

8. ISM Community: Joining ISM Dance Studio makes you part of our international and local community. We encourage friendship and respect among members. Discriminatory actions or harassment will not be tolerated.

9. App Download: You can download our app to book classes and receive assistance. Class schedules are specified on our website.

10. Changes to Terms: ISM Dance Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.

11. Disclaimer/Medical and Photo Release

    • The Member or the parent/legal guardian understand and expressly assume all risks involved in connection with the dance instruction, rehearsal and training at the Studio.  These are including, but not limited to, risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other students, instructors, walls, equipment, floors, structures, poles, and other objects located in or near dance studios or the Member.

    • It is understood that dance instruction is a physical activity and art form. It may be necessary for instructors to place hands on the student for proper placement and correction of body alignment.

    • The parent/legal guardian/Member grants the Studio the right to use and incorporate the use of photographs and/or videotapes of the student for publicity or display purposes.  Studio is granted the right to use said images for any purpose it deems appropriate and will not be held in violation of privacy rights.
